This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and builds no user profiles. There is no contact form and no user account.
Data is only processed when the page is technically delivered, when you load the Google map, when you write to us or call us, or when you follow a link to another platform.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open the page, Vercel processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer and details of browser and operating system.
This processing is required to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Fonts
The fonts are loaded from our own server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other font providers.
Google Maps
The map in the location section only loads once you click “Load the map”. Before that, no data is sent to Google.
By clicking, you consent to the map being loaded from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies and transfer data to the USA. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. When you reload the page, the map is switched off again.
Contact by email or phone
If you write to us or call us, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a stay is concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Our mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail). We delete enquiries once they are dealt with, unless statutory retention duties apply.
Links to booking platforms and social networks
The website links to Airbnb, Booking.com, Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps. These are plain links without embedded content. Data is only transferred when you click a link. The privacy notices of the respective provider apply there.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
